Despite the fear, panic and hysteria across our news outlets and various conversations across social media channels, I have made a conscious decision to take a calm and controlled approach. I have instilled some positive practices, tools and habits in my own life which have helped me to:
- Increase productivity.
- Maintain a positive mindset.
- Improve sleep quality.
- Maintain a level of calm.
- Feel a sense of gratitude.
- Make a positive impact.
- Increase effectiveness and maximise my time.
- Create new content and work on personal projects.
Sometimes making one decision – in this case, to make the most of the restrictions and the additional time we have been afforded, can be used for a greater purpose. It can help us to take control of the situation and how we choose to respond to it, rather than contributing to negative and somewhat unproductive chatter.
